SHIPPING ROUTE AND CARRIER
Seller shall have the option of selecting the particular route and carrier for shipment of the goods to buyer. The selection shall be completed at least days prior to the scheduled delivery of the goods, and notice of the selection shall be furnished to buyer.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
